In those circumstances, please direct individual privacy requests to the relevant customer unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Contact Forms and Email
When you submit an enquiry through the Website, the information you provide may be transmitted through the Website's form handler and the hosting provider's mail service to the business inbox configured for enquiries. The Website has been configured to use vdgcompanies@gmail.com for form delivery unless the production configuration is changed. Email transmission and receipt can be affected by spam filters, hosting configuration, network failures, and recipient systems. A success message on the Website is not a guarantee that a message reached a person's inbox. For privacy questions or formal requests, contact care@s-curity.com.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information, to the extent reasonably necessary, to: (a) our associated companies, including VDHOSTS INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED, for internal administration and support; (b) hosting, email, IT, security, analytics, customer-support, and other service providers acting under appropriate instructions; (c) professional advisers and insurers; (d) a buyer, investor, successor, or counterpart in a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards; and (e) competent authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. We may also disclose information with your direction or consent. We require service providers to handle information appropriately, subject to the terms and law applicable to the engagement.
7. International Transfers
S-Curity and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Data protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where required, we will implement a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your request, subject to legal and security restrictions.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including responding to enquiries, maintaining business and security records, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the relationship with you, security requirements, and applicable law. When information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymise it, or securely restrict access, subject to backup cycles and legal preservation requirements.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe information submitted to us has been exposed, contact care@s-curity.com.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. These rights are subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, and the rights of others. To make a request, email care@s-curity.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request and relevant Website interaction. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and provide an appropriate method. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
11. Children
The Website is intended for business and general informational use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can assess and address the matter as required by law.
